Overview

Welcome to Bounce House Fun! By renting our inflatable products and services, you agree to comply with the following terms and conditions. Please read these policies carefully before making a reservation., 

1. Rental Agreement 

By renting from Bounce House Fun, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms. The renter is responsible for ensuring the safe and proper use of the inflatable units and following all safety guidelines provided.

2. Payment Policy

- Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

- We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, POS payments and cash

- A security deposit is required for all rentals, which will be refunded after the unit is returned in good condition.

3. Cancellation Policy

General Cancellations:

 

- Cancellations made at least seven days before the rental date are eligible for a credit toward a future booking or a full refund, excluding the deposit.

- Cancellations made within 7 days but at least 48 hours before the rental date will receive a 50% refund, excluding the deposit.

- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event will not be eligible for a refund.

 

Last-Minute Cancellations:

 

- Any cancellation made within 24 hours of the scheduled rental date will be considered a last-minute cancellation and is non-refundable.

 

Weather-Related Cancellations:

 

- If severe weather conditions (such as heavy rain, strong winds, or lightning) are forecasted, the renter has the option to reschedule or receive a full refund, excluding the deposit.

- If inclement weather occurs after the inflatable has been delivered and set up, no refunds will be issued.

4.Refund Policy

- Refunds will be processed within 2-4 business days after approval.

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

- Partial refunds may be granted if the inflatable is returned early due to unforeseen circumstances (excluding weather-related issues).

5. Safety and Liability 

- The renter is responsible for supervising all participants while using the inflatable units.

- Bounce House Fun is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the rental period.

- Proper setup space, including a clean, flat surface free of debris, must be provided by the renter.

6. Delivery and Set-Up

- We will deliver and set up the inflatable at the agreed location and ensure it is secure for use.

- The renter must be present at the time of delivery to review safety guidelines and sign the rental agreement.

- Fees apply for delivery, and additional charges may apply for locations outside our standard service area.

7. Equipment Use and Responsibilities 

- No sharp objects, food, drinks, or shoes are allowed inside the inflatables.

- Renters must ensure that the inflatable is not overcrowded and is used according to the recommended age and weight limits.

- The renter will be charged for any damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow safety guidelines.

8. Deposit Policy

To secure your booking with Bounce House Fun, a deposit is required. Please review the following terms regarding our deposit policy:

Deposit Amount

  • A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
  • The remaining balance must be paid 5 days before the event date or on the day of hire, depending on the agreed terms.

Payment Methods

  • We accept payments via bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, cash, and POS system.
  • A receipt will be provided upon payment confirmation.

Cancellation & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferable to a future booking in certain circumstances.
  • If you cancel 7 days before your event, your deposit can be applied as credit toward a future booking within 12 months.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Weather-Related Cancellations

  • If adverse weather conditions prevent safe use of the inflatable, we offer the option to reschedule or receive a deposit credit for a future booking.
  • If cancellation is necessary due to extreme weather, we will discuss options on a case-by-case basis.

Failure to Pay

  • If the remaining balance is not paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, and the deposit will be forfeited.
