1. General

1.1 Bounce House Fun (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides an online platform for booking party hire products and services, including jumping castles, party equipment, and related services.

 

1.2 By accessing or using our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

2. Bookings & Payments

2.1 All bookings are subject to availability.

 

2.2 A deposit is required to secure your booking unless otherwise specified. The remaining balance is due before or on the date of delivery/pickup.

 

2.3 Payments can be made via the methods specified on our website.

 

2.4 All prices include GST unless otherwise stated.

3. Cancellation Policy

3.1 To keep things simple and fair for everyone, Bounce House Fun has a standard cancellation policy that applies to all bookings on our marketplace.

 

7+ days before event: Full refund

 

48 hours – 7 days before event: 50% refund

 

Less than 48 hours before event: No refund

 

3.2 Weather-related cancellations: If severe weather prevents safe setup, customers may reschedule or receive a full refund

 

3.3 Vendor Cancellations:

If a vendor cancels a booking for any reason, customers will always receive a full refund.

This ensures a consistent and trustworthy experience for families booking through Bounce House Fun, while keeping the process fair and manageable for vendors.

 

3.4 Event Cancellations by Bounce House Fun:
We reserve the right to cancel a booking in case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., equipment failure, extreme weather). In such cases, a full refund or reschedule option will be provided.

4.Refund Policy

4.1 All refunds are processed by Bounce House Fun within 2–4 business days after approval.

 

4.2 Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

4.3 If only a partial payment was made at booking:

Refunds will be calculated against the total booking amount, not just the partial payment.

For example, if 50% was paid and the cancellation is eligible for a 50% refund, no additional payment will be collected or refunded.

 

4.4 Bounce House Fun has final discretion on refunds to ensure fairness for both renters and vendors.

5. Safety and Liability 

5.1 Vendors are required to comply with Queensland safety laws and carry valid insurance.

 

5.2  Bounce House Fun is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during the rental period.

6. Use of Equipment

6.1 Customers must ensure that all equipment is used safely, following provided guidelines and supervision.

 

6.2 Bounce House Fun is not responsible for injuries caused due to improper use or lack of supervision.

 

6.3 Equipment must be returned in the same condition it was received. Damage, loss, or theft may incur additional charges.

6. Delivery, Set-Up and Collection

6.1 Vendors are responsible for delivering, setting up, and packing down the equipment at the agreed location. Standard delivery fees apply, and additional charges may be incurred for locations outside the vendor’s normal service area.

 

6.2 The renter must be present at the time of delivery to review safety guidelines and sign the rental agreement.

 

6.3 Renters must ensure safe access to the venue for setup and pickup.

 

6.4 Any changes to event times must be confirmed with the Bounce House Fun team and vendor prior to the event date.

 

6.5 Customers are responsible for being present at the agreed collection time to ensure smooth handover of equipment.

7. Marketplace Vendors

7.1 Bounce House Fun acts as a platform connecting customers with vendors.

 

7.2 Vendors are responsible for the quality and safety of their own products and services.

 

7.3 Bounce House Fun is not liable for any issues arising from a vendor’s products or services.

 

7.4 Payments to vendors are processed after bookings are completed, as outlined on the vendor account.

8. Liability

8.1 To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bounce House Fun is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or services.

 

8.2 Customers assume full responsibility for any risks associated with the use of hired equipment.

9. Privacy & Data

9.1 We collect and process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

 

9.2 By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for booking and communication purposes.

10. Intellectual Property

10.1 All content on the Bounce House Fun website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by or licensed to us.

 

10.2 You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content without prior written permission.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.

 

11.2 Any disputes arising from these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Queensland.

12. Changes to Terms

12.1 We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

 

12.2 The most current version will be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
